| Liz Lea will premiere her new solo - Ajanta- inspired by a recent trip to India following Anna Pavlova's footsteps. Followed by 'The Garden', an intimate work looking into the beautiful world of Korean gardens. The final piece, 'The Incense' was an inspired solo by Ruth St Denis in 1906 and was instrumental in the early modern dance movement. The performance is interprested from original footage and set to the original score and is a rare opportunity to see a piece of dance history. | ||
