After that time, they can be re-sold. All tickets booked within 48 hours of a performance MUST be paid for at the time of booking and collected on the day of the performance. PAYMENT FOR TICKETS/BOOKING CHARGES We accept all major credit/debit cards and there is a £1.50 handling charge for payments made by card. A charge of 5% of the value of the booking is charged for all tickets booked via the website. We DO NOT post tickets out – all tickets paid for by credit/debit card or Pay Pal will be held at the Box Office for collection. CONCESSIONS AND DISCOUNTED/SPECIAL OFFER TICKETS Patrons MUST state any discounts/special offers that they are entitled to at the time of booking, as they cannot be accepted retrospectively. Concessions apply to young people aged 16 and under, and all persons over the age of 60. GROUP BOOKINGS Group rates are often available, depending upon the production. Please contact our Group Bookings Co-Ordinator for information and payment options. LATECOMERS Patrons arriving later than the performance start time will be required to wait until a suitable break in the performance to take their seat. Please check the date/time and performance details when purchasing your ticket as mistakes cannot be rectified. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the case of a materially altered or cancelled performance/event. We will, however, exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. This does not affect your statutory rights. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or failure to comply with reasonable requests of the Management. The unauthorised use of cameras, mobile phones, video or any other recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
