How to Book

In Person

At The Lamproom Theatre Box Office - opening times are 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Saturday, and during the 45 minutes immediately prior to any performance.

By Telephone

The Box Office number is 01226 200075 and you can book during the hours above. If you wish to book outside Box Office opening hours please ring the same number and leave your name and number on the answer phone. Someone will contact you as soon as possible. Once tickets are reserved by telephone they must be paid for within 48 hours. Please see ‘How To Pay’ for further details.

By Post

Forward a cheque payable to The Lamproom Theatre to the Box Office along with a note of your requirements. If you wish us to post your tickets please enclosed a stamped addressed envelope.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if a production is cancelled. If you wish to exchange tickets for another performance of the same production we will do so, subject to availability.

Theatre Bar

The Bar is open for pre-preformance drinks 45 minutes before each performance. Interval drinks can be ordered in advance and the bar is also open at the conclusion of each performance.

How to Pay

At the Box Office

We accept cash, cheques (with a valid cheque guarantee card) or Credit/Debit cards. Please note that there is a £1.00 booking fee for all Credit/Debit card transactions.

By Telephone

Tickets can be reserved by telephone but must be paid for by one the above methods within 48 hours. The easiest way is to use your Credit/Debit card. Please note that there is a £1.00 booking fee for all Credit/Debit card transactions. Tickets booked by telephone will be held at the Box Office for collection at a later date.

By e-mail

If you wish to leave your Credit/Debit card details by e-mail you can do so - however you may wish to forward a cheque once your booking has been confirmed or call in to the Box Office within 48 hours.

By Post

All bookings made by post must include a cheque payable to The Lamproom Theatre.

Group Bookings

Groups rates are often applicable depending upon the production. Please contact our Box Office Manager for specific information on group discounts and payment.

Disabled Patrons

Wheelchair Users: The Lamproom has full disabled access for up to four wheelchairs as well as disabled toilet facilities. These spaces must be booked well in advance and are subject to availability.

Sight impaired: Guide Dogs are welcome and we will be pleased to provide a bowl of water upon request.
